Three Fates is the story of a group of people in search of the statues of three mythological characters believed to cost an enormous amount of money. Legend has it that together the three fates, Clotho, Lachesis and Atropus, have the power to control a person’s fate.

Henry Wyley, owner of Wyley Antiques, was among those who died when the Lusitanina sank in what is now known as Cobh in Ireland. Among those who made it, on the other hand was Felix Greenfield, a thief who stole a silver statue, the first of the Three Fates. After several decades, Felix Greenfield’s great-granddaughter Ellen Sullivan and her children Malachi, Gideon and Rebecca devised plans to recover all three statues including the one they used to have which was stolen by an ambitious woman, Anita Gaye.

Malachi tracked down Henry Wyley’s great-great granddaughter Dr. Tia Marsh who was having a lecture tour of her book on myths. Then, Gideon went out to Helsinki to find Cleo Toliver, great-great granddaughter of Simon White-Smythe who had the second statue in 1915. However, Anita Gaye, keeping tabs on the Sullivan brothers, sent her henchmen to get the second statue for herself. The chase led Gideon and Cleo to New York and resulted to the death of Cleo’s friend, Mikey.

When Anita Gaye failed to get the second statue, she asked Jack Burdett’s help to track down Cleo and Gideon. Anita was unaware that Jack Burdett was the great grandson of Steven Edward Cunningham, a boy whom Felix Greenfield saved when the Lusitania sank and who got hold of the third statue. Jack went to Ireland and got in touch with the Sullivans. With Rebecca, Jack went back to New York and together with Malachi, Gideon, Tia and Cleo faced Anita Gaye.
